Those (military, civilian, contractor) who are or have served as an Air Force Emergency Manager or an Air Force Disaster Preparedness Specialist

NOTE: Your lifetime membership application will be reviewed and if approved, you’ll receive a confirmation along with your membership certificate and login information for the AFEMA Portal within 2 to 4 weeks. If you need your certificate or confirmation sooner, just send an email to AFEMA@3E9X1.org.
